It is a surgical intervention that aims to obtain a more upright and aesthetic appearance by reducing the weight and sagging of the breasts.
It is performed in cases where back and neck pain occurs due to breast size.
It can be recommended for those who have health problems such as posture disorders and skin irritations.
Our patients who are uncomfortable with their breasts due to aesthetic concerns may prefer this.
In the postoperative period, scars may be visible at first, but over time they begin to fade and adapt to the skin color.
The clarity of the scars may vary depending on the surgery technique and the person's skin structure.
A scar resembling an inverted T letter may remain around the nipple, which is circular and extends the bottom of the breast to the nipple.
Non-smoking and If the procedures suggested Dr.Nejat are followed, this scar will heal as a thin scar like a thread.
The surgical procedure, which begins with reducing the nipple with a circular incision around the nipple and moving the nipple upward, consists of removing excess skin and breast tissue and lifting the remaining tissue to complete it with a more aesthetic appearance.
Dr. There are 4 methods that Nejat uses for this surgery.
1.FREE NIPPLE Technique: It is the procedure in which the nipple is completely removed and its new location is determined after being lifted.
2.Reverse C Technique: This is the method in which the nipple is moved upwards.
3. Inverted T Technique: It is suitable for people with severe and moderate breast sagging problems. Due to excessive sagging in the breast, breast skin needs to be removed. It leaves more scars than other methods.
4.Vertical Technique: Suitable for people with moderate breast sagging problems. Breast lift is performed through incisions made downwards around the nipple. An incision similar to a J-shape is formed.
